＊宿泊費と光熱費の計算方法
例：２名で３泊４日ご利用の場合：12,000+4,000X3+500X3=25,500 25,500円（3泊4日）
３名で３泊４日ご利用の場合：12,000+4,500X3+500X3=27,000 27,000円（3泊4日）
*You can stay for three nights or more, up to a maximum of 29 nights (30
days). This contract is based on a fixed-term lease Japanese law. Maximum
occupancy is four people.
*How to calculate accommodation and utility costs (Japanese Yen)
Example: For two people staying for three nights four days: 12,000 + 4,000
x 3 + 500 x 3 = 25,500 yen
For three people staying for three nights four days: 12,000 + 4,500 x
3 + 500 x 3 = 27,000 yen
*取消料
無連絡不泊の場合は宿泊料金(1泊）の100%，ご宿泊当日にご予約をキャンセルされた場合は宿泊料金の80％、前日の取消は20％を請求させていただきます。
*お布団をお使いにならない3歳までのお子様の利用追加費は無料です。
*Cancellation fees:
If you do not show up without notice, you will be charged 100% of one night
accommodation fee. In case of cancelation on the day of your reservation,
you will be charged 80% of the accommodation fee. In case of the cancelation
the day before, you will be charged 20% of one night accommodation.
*There is no additional charge for children up to 3 years old..
＊清掃，タオル，調味料，歯ブラシ等の備品は１回分のみ含みます。追加供給はありません。
*Cleaning, towels, seasonings, toothbrushes, and other supplies are included
for one time only. Additional supplies will not be provided.
*光熱費
一日当たり500円を超える場合は後日請求することがあります。
*Utility charges. If the charges exceed 500 yen per day, they may be billed
at a later date.
*備品の紛失，棄損
後日請求することがあります。
Any loss or damage to equipment may be claimed at a later date.
