自転車置き場，物置，専用庭，エレベーターはありません。）
アメニティセット：歯ブラシ，タオル，洗剤，ゴミ袋（人数分相当１回のみ）

注意事項：全室禁煙です（喫煙の場合，清掃料として３万円を申し受けます。
・部屋は３階にあります。エレベーターはありませんのでご承知おきください。
・ゴミ出しは，燃えるもの,燃えないもの，ビンカンを分別し毎日夜２１時までに扉の外に出してください。
・静かに過ごしてください。特に２１時以降は静粛に過ごしてください。
賃貸住宅標準契約に基づく表示
（１）賃貸借の目的物など
名称： 短期賃貸・ドエル加冶屋
所在地：鹿児島市加治屋町２－１５ー３階（部屋番号は予約確約後連絡します）
建て方等：共同建，非木造，１９７９年建築，２K，27.72㎡
設備等： 前述の通り
（２）契約期間：３泊４日から２９泊３０日まで。
（３）賃料：賃料，光熱費，支払いの時期など宿泊料金をご覧ください。
（４）貸主と建物の所有者：契約書で確認してください。
（５）借主と同居人：定員は最高４名です。
（６）連帯保証人及び極度額：求めません。賃料と諸費用は前払いしてください。
以上を記した賃貸住宅標準契約書に，チェックイン時に署名を求め交換します。
この申込は国土交通省が策定した賃貸住宅標準契約に基づきますが，事前に閲覧を
希望される方は予約時にお知らせください。
Important Notice in English
- The room is on the third floor. Please note that there is no elevator.
- Please separate burnable, non-burnable, and bottles and cans into trash and put it outside the door by 9:00 PM every night.

(3) Rent: Please see the accommodation fee for rent, utilities, paymentschedule, etc.
(4) Landlord and building owner: Printed on the contract .
(5) Tenant and cohabitants: The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
(6) Guarantor and maximum amount: Not required. Rent and other fees must be paid in advance.
The standard rental housing contract containing the above information will be signed and exchanged at check-in.
This application is based on the standard rental housing contract (Contract

not exceed the standards suggested by the Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure,
Transport and Tourism), but if you would like to read in details in advance, let us
